Each month, Chef Maggie hosts up to 50 guests in a unique setting for an intimate eight-course tasting menu. This culinary journey blends the vibrant flavours of North Africa and the Mediterranean, crafted using the finest locally sourced ingredients.
Throughout the evening, Chef Maggie shares the rich stories behind each dish, many of which have their roots in Italian Tripolitania, a unique fusion of North African and Italian cuisine that emerged during the Italian colonisation of Libya in the early 1900s. The result is a truly distinctive culinary tradition, full of bold flavours and textures.
With Maggie as your chef and guide, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and explore the origins and techniques behind each dish.
